Advanced Diabetology Course with the University of Queensland

Apollo Hospitals in collaboration with the University of Queensland, Australia is in the process of starting the Advanced Diabetology Course for General Practitioners.

Eligibility : MBBS or equivalent degree from a recognised medical school

Duration : 4 months

It consists of:

  • seven (7) online modules that have didactic and interactive components
  • an online Learning Log Book which is to be completed progressively throughout the course

Overarching learning goals

At the completion of this course, students should be able to:

  1. Diagnose and manage a person with type 2 diabetes, including therapeutic, lifestyle and dietary interventions
