Registration
If you are visiting Apollo for the first time, you need to get a one-time registration done at the Outpatient Officies of Doctors counter. You will be issued with a unique ID number and a file will be opened in your name.

Consultation
If you wish to consult with a doctor, you are advised to fix an appointment with the Outpatient Officies of Doctors quoting your ID number. This would ensure that your records/ file is available with the doctor by the time you arrive. If you come without an appointment, please give your hospital ID.
