For all GPO investigations the doctor recommends, he would fill out an investigation requisition form. The payment for the same is to be made at the GPO Billing Counter on the ground floor of the GPO at gate no. 2. You will be directed to the different diagnostic centers where you will be required to produce the payment receipt, and have the investigations carried out.

Lab Services (Ext: 2098)
All labs are located on the ground floor of the main building. After making the necessary payment, the sample has to be given at the sample collection unit at gate no: 4. The reports are also to be collected from the same counter.

Radio- Diagnosis (Ext: 2026, 2027)
This includes X-ray, X- ray special Investigations, Ultra Sound, MRI and CT Scan. These are located on the ground floor and can be reached through gate no: 7. For some of the investigations you need to be empty stomach or take special precautions. You will be informed about these when you take a prior appointment.

Nuclear Medicine (Ext: 2035,2036)
Certain nuclear medicine tests and bone densitometry are carried out at the department of nuclear medicine. The entry is through the radiology department at gate no: 7.

Endoscopy Lab (Ext: 2481, 2482)
Endoscopy procedures are done at the Endoscopy lab located on the 4th floor (Tower I). A temporary pass for entering the main gate no: 6 will be issued by the information desk on the ground floor. To reach the lab, you have to take the central elevator after entering the main hospital building through gate no: 6.

Bronchoscopy Lab (Ext: 2381, 2382)
Special Bronchoscopy procedures are done in the Bronchoscopy lab on the 3rd floor (Tower I) of the main building. A temporary pass will be issued at the information desk on the ground floor of the Outpatient Officies of Doctors Block.

Blood Bank (Ext: 2015)
The blood bank is located along the main atrium at gate no: 9. Apollo blood bank does not sell blood or blood products and accepts only voluntary and replacement donors. Before planned surgeries, please contact the medico- social worker at the blood bank.

8:30 am- 1 :00 pm and 2:00 pm- 4:30 pm (Working Days)
9:00 am- 12 noon (Sunday and Holidays)
